Fred Rosenthal Joins the Sales Force |

Seasoned hospitality industry executive Fred Rosenthal has joined the sales team at the Stephens Center. The popular sales professional brings more than 20 years of experience and contacts to Rosemont.
He joined the Stephens Center after serving as Director of Expositions at the Sofitel Chicago O’Hare in Rosemont since 2002.
“Fred’s deep experience and broad list of contacts is a plus to our sales effort,” said Christopher Stephens, general manager of the Stephens Center. Mr. Rosenthal began his career at the McCormick Center Hotel in 1983, working his way up in the industry through positions at the Radisson Suites in Rosemont, the Doubletree Suites in Des Plaines/Glenview, Destination Hotels and Resorts’ Rosemont Suites and the Sofitel Chicago O’Hare.
“There is no greater place to be in this industry than the Stephens Center,” Mr. Rosenthal remarked. “It is the fulcrum of business and commerce in this area. It is the springboard for a huge percent of business travel here.” Mr. Rosenthal is primarily responsible for booking large meetings and tradeshows, but is selling the conference center, as well.
“Fred’s experience is very broad, leaving him facile and tenacious in seeking new business,” Mr. Stephens remarked. “We look forward to serving the long-time customers he will help us retain, as well as the new customers he is bringing to the Stephens Center.”
