Important Information:

We are asking residents to utilize a new online registration form in advance before July 7, to sign up for the food & drink tickets.

Please scan the QR code below or visit Rosemont.com/picnic to register.

Food, drinks & fun will be FREE for all residents.

If you would like to bring guests, the cost is $10.00 per person. Guest names and payment should be submitted through the online registration form.

Parade Information:

Participants in the Parade will line up at 10:00 am in the Wintrust west parking lot at 9801 Higgins Rd. and then will proceed through the village streets ending at Rosemont School.

  • 10:00 am Tree of Life Ceremony
  • 10:30 am Community Parade
  • 11:00 am Performance by the Rosemont Cavaliers
  • 11:00 am - 2:30 pm Food will be Served
  • 12 noon - 3:00 pm BINGO
  • Face Painting
  • DJ
  • Bags Games

ONLINE REGISTRATION IS CLOSED

You can still register onsite on the day of the picnic. Please note that onsite registration will be cash only, so be sure to bring cash with you.
