The Lobby Bar will cater to all patrons visiting the Convention Center

The Donald E. Stephens Convention Center opened its newest food & beverage destination, The Lobby Bar, centrally located inside the lobby near the main entrance, Starbucks, and the Exposition Halls. The concept was a longtime coming; the idea and project originally kicked off before the pandemic. The Lobby Bar offers both bar and table seating in a causal lively atmosphere featuring 75″ TVs and a menu that includes a full bar and rotating breakfast and lunch creations inspired by seasonal ingredients and culinary direction of the new Executive Chef Jorge Alvarez.

In the words of Alex Beck, General Manager for Rosemont Catering by Aramark, “We are thrilled to offer another amenity that will bring energy to the lobby and better serve our guests in our most heavily trafficked area.
