Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR)

Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) report presents the financial statements of the governmental activities, the business-type activities, each major fund, and the aggregate remaining fund information. The ACFR is presented in conformance with the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and audited by an independent firm of certified public accountants. The ACFR is issued each fiscal year, which runs from January 1 through December 31.

The Annual Budget

The Village of Rosemont operates on a January 1 - December 31 fiscal year. The Annual Budget includes the General Fund budget and all related departments, such as Public Safety, Housing and Public Works. It also includes the annual budgets for the TIF's and the Village's Proprietary Funds. The Proprietary Funds include:

  • The Donald E. Stephens Convention Center
  • The Allstate Arena
  • The Water Department
  • The Commercial Properties
  • The Health and Fitness Center
  • The Rosemont Theatre
  • The Parkway Bank Park- Entertainment District
