Class Descriptions

Live (Instructor-led) Class options:

BODYPUMP  All levels welcomed! The Original LesMills Barbell Workout! This mix of releases will challenge all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts, and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for---and fast!

  •  BodyPump – (60 mins) 10 Tracks – Full complete body workout!  
  •  BP Express - (45 mins) All muscle groups included!  Tracks 1-4, 5/6 combo, 7/8 combo, 9 and 10. OR Tracks 1-4, 7, 8 ,9, & 10.
  •  BP Mini – (30 mins) Tracks 1-4 & 9 Short & effective!  

CXWORX- Revolutionary 30 min. Core Workout - This mix of releases really targets in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body.  It’s ideal for tightening your abs and glutes, while also improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention!

W/T/S – (45 mins.) This combination class will get your heart moving and your muscles too – safely!  Join your instructor for an effective walking/lo-impact workout, 15 minutes of toning exercises and 15 mins of stretching.  Full body workout in just 45 minutes!

Aqua  – (45 mins.)  A fun, energetic aquatic class with a combination of cardio movements with exercises for strength, flexibility & balance.   Great for all ages, levels & abilities!  No extra equipment will be used at this time.

Lo-Cardio– (45 mins.) Join your instructor for a heart-pumping workout with a variety of aerobic moves!  Lo-Cardio=Less impact.

Powersculpt – (45 mins.) A full body conditioning class which concentrates on all major muscles of the body as well as improves coordination and flexibility.  Great for all ages!  No equipment needed—just your own resistance to get great results!

Yoga – (45 mins.) Most classes a mix of Hatha, Vinyasa flow & Yin styles.

“Glow Yoga”  (45 mins.) Bring peace and calm to the end of your day in this “all-levels”, candlelit yoga class with emphasis on breathwork, postures, and light meditation.

Spin – (30, 40 or 45 mins.) Spinning is a class for all ages and fitness levels that use a unique stationary bike in a “group environment” free from weather and traffic.

RPM  -(30 mins.)  Indoor Cycling/Cardio program.

Sprint – (30 mins.)  High Intensity Cycling program.

Combat – (30 mins.)  Martial arts inspired Cardio program.

Barre – (30 mins.)   Ballet/balance inspired program.

Grit Strength – (30 mins.)  HIIT Program.  High Intensity Strength and Cardio workout.

Please note: Class type/length of class may vary.  Substitutions/Cancellations may occur.

(Pool not available for open swim during Group Exercise classes)

• In-person/Pre-registration is required.
• Registration begins one hour prior to start of class or for early morning class, upon your arrival.
• Space is limited – you will select your specific spot/bike when registering.  

(Aqua classes will be first-come/first selected area in the pool after lanes are removed.) 

Bring your own mat. Towel/water recommended

Please arrive in studio/pool no earlier than 5-10 minutes prior to start of class.

No late admittance into class is allowed.
