Rosemont’s entertainment district has expanded its dining offerings with the opening of Saltwater Coastal Grill. A grand opening celebration will be held on Wednesday, June 7 for invited guests.

The new restaurant will bring coastal-style cuisine from around the world to Rosemont in a cheerful nautical space. The restaurant will feature a fusion of global-inspired, land and seaside fare including a dynamic Raw and Omakase Bar with a Mediterranean flair for a truly “fin-tastic” experience.

Its location is at the former site of Five Roses Pub. Saltwater Coastal is a production by Lyons Group Entertainment, a Boston-based hospitality company that also operates Kings Dining & Entertainment.
