Scheduled to open in September 2025, EXP will offer rotating programming of virtual, augmented and mixed reality experiences to Rosemont.

The Village of Rosemont is proud to announce PHI Studio as the official producing partner for its highly anticipated immersive entertainment destination, “EXP,” scheduled to open in the Pearl District in 2025. The state-of-the-art 25,000-square-foot development scheduled to open in September 2025 will feature cutting-edge immersive art installations alongside a 7,500-square-foot to-be-announced restaurant.
