The rental rate is set at $50.00 per day. Please note that this amount is payable in advance and is non-refundable to ensure availability and readiness for your visit.

To secure a wheelchair rental, we kindly request you to complete the attached form. Upon receipt of your completed form, we will process your request and provide you with a credit card authorization form. Detailed instructions regarding the pickup location for the wheelchair will also be included to assist you upon your arrival.

The booking deadline for a rental is 7 days in advance of the date needed. We recommend prompt action to ensure that your needs are adequately met and to avoid any inconvenience.
