Feel empowered all summer long on Wednesday nights from 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. June 18 through August 13 at “PowHerhouse” classes. Designed for all fitness levels, the PowHerhouse Fitness team will host fun and exciting low impact workouts, cardio kickboxing, restorative classes and more.
