Allstate Arena Policies
We are committed to making your visit to the Allstate Arena fun, entertaining and safe. In order to ensure this, we have instituted the following policies and procedures:
Fans attending events at Allstate Arena will not be permitted to enter with backpacks, totes, mid/large sized bags and coolers . Diaper bags (with child) and bags approved for medical needs will be permitted after search by security personnel.
To present a safe event for everyone, jackets may be searched upon entry. If prohibited items are found, the item will be confiscated OR the guest may personally return it to their vehicle or otherwise dispose of the item away from the facility.

Guests who fail to abide by Arena policies, state and federal law are subject to ejection from the facility. Guests in violation of Arena policy will be asked to correct their behavior if they fail to do so in a timely fashion ejection will occur.
Disruptive and problem guests should be reported to event staff personnel immediately. Ejected Guests must vacate Allstate Arena property.
Guests are prohibited from bringing weapons into the Allstate Arena.
Selling of tickets on Allstate Arena property is strictly prohibited and violators will be prosecuted.
Detachable lens cameras and video or audio recording equipment are prohibited. This policy may vary by event. Please check the event page for show specific policies.
Glass bottles or containers of any nature are prohibited in the Allstate Arena.
Selfie Sticks, iPads, Go Pro's and any action cameras are prohibited in the Allstate Arena.
Laser pointers are strictly forbidden in the Allstate Arena.
