LOCATION: RHF Pool

(45 mins.)  A fun, energetic aquatic class with a combination of cardio movements with exercises for strength, flexibility & balance. Great for all ages, levels & abilities! 

LOCATION: RHF #1 Studio

This ballet-inspired class is virtually-taught by top trainers from Les Mills International.  This class is great for core stability and flexibility - try it soon!

LOCATION: STUDIO RHFIT#1

This high-energy, martial-arts inspired class is virtually-taught by top trainers from Les Mills International.  Step into a BodyCombat workout and you'll punch and kick your way into fitness!  You'll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ!

LOCATION: RHFIT #1 Studio

BodyPump is the "original" barbell class and is the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit -- FAST!  Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. BodyPump is available as either a 55 minute, 45 minute (Express) or 30 minute (Mini) workout.  This class may also be available virtually-taught with top International Les Mills trainers.

LOCATION: RHFIT#1 Studio 

Inspired by elite athletic training principles, Les Mills Core is a scientific workout for incredible core tone and sports performance.  You will build strength, stability, and endurance in the muscles that support your core, improve balance, assist injury prevention, and become better at everything you do! This class may also be available virtually-taught with top International Les Mills trainers.

LOCATION: Mind/Body Studio (Wednesdays)

(45 mins.) Join your instructor for a heart-pumping workout with a variety of aerobic & anaerobic moves!  (Lo-Cardio=Less impact.) 
Small, light-weight equipment will be incorporated for an effective full body workout! 

LOCATION: RHFit #1 Studio

 A fun-loving, insanely addictive dance workout. SH’BAM™ is an ego-free zone – no dance experience required. All you need is a playful attitude and a cheeky smile so forget being a wallflower – even if you walk in thinking you can’t, you’ll walk out knowing you can!

(45 mins.) A full body conditioning class which concentrates on all major muscles of the body as well as improves coordination and flexibility.  Great for all ages!  

LOCATION: RHFit #1 Studio

PowerHour (Strength or BodyPump Mini & Les Mills Core) = 60 minute workout!

This combination of 30 mins of Strength or BodyPump Mini and 30 minutes of LesMills Core work is an excellent class for all ages and levels!
This class includes a great strength/cardio workout with light weights/heavy reps followed by an incredible athletic core program!
(For everyone's safety, this is now one class with no break or entry/exit in between segments.)

LOCATION: RHFIT #3 Studio

RPM is a virtually-taught group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity.  It's fun, low impact and great pumping music with top International Les Mills trainers!  This is available in a 30 and 50 minute format.

LOCATION: RHFit #3 Studio

(30, 40 or 45 mins.) Spinning is a class for all ages and fitness levels that use a unique stationary bike in a “group environment” free from weather and traffic.

THE TRIP ™ is a fully immersive workout experience that combines a 40-minute multi-peak cycling workout with a journey through digitally-created worlds. With its cinema-scale screen and sound system, this IMMERSIVE FITNESS ™ workout takes motivation and energy output to the next level, burning serious calories.

LOCATION: RHFit #3 Studio

Sprint is a virtually-taught group 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout using an indoor bike to achieve fast results by top International Les Mills trainers.

LOCATION: RHFIT #1 Studio

(45 mins.) This combination class will get your heart moving and your muscles too – safely!  Join your instructor for an effective walking/lo-impact workout, 15 minutes of toning exercises and 15 mins of stretching.  Full body workout in just 45 minutes!

LOCATION: Mind/Body Studio

(45 mins.)  Most classes a mix of Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, and Yin styles - welcoming all levels in each class.  Treat yourself soon to a relaxing and invigorating Yoga class soon!

LOCATION: Group Ex Studio 

Zumba is a popular, high-energy, dance-based fitness class that combines Latin and international music and dance with cardio exercise moves!  

LOCATION: RHFIT #1 Studio

Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYBALANCE ® is a new generation yoga class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. You can expect to bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves, elements of Tai Chi and Pilates while an inspiring soundtrack plays in the background.
Flexibility:  Enjoy an inspiring soundtrack as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates.

LOCATION: Group Ex Studio

BODYATTACK™ is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats.
