Impact Field is a smoke-free facility. In conjunction with the Illinois Smoke-Free Act, smoking shall not be permitted inside Impact Field. Guests may smoke in the designated smoking area outside of the stadium.
Outside coolers, bottles, cans, and foods of any kind are not permitted inside Impact Field.
Impact Field gates open 60 minutes prior to game time.
Handicap accessible seating at Impact Field is located at the top of sections 104, 106, 107, 110, & 113 along the main concourse.
Concessions stands, complete with food and beverage catered by Professional Sports Catering, a division of Levy Restaurants, are located throughout Impact Field. First Aid offices are located behind Section 101. Guest Services offices are located outside Section 102. Lost and found, stroller check-in, parking validation etc. will be located in the Guest Services office.
Chicago Dogs games will not be postponed prior to the scheduled start time except in extreme circumstances. All efforts will be made to play the game on the original date it is scheduled. Once the game has started American Association umpires will determine whether the game will be delayed or postponed.
