The Zoning Board of Appeals is responsible for reviewing land use issues such as land and sign variations and special use requests to ensure compliance with the Village of Rosemont Zoning Ordinance. Approved requests are then recommended to be passed by the Village Board of Trustees.
A zoning review is required for the following:
Sign Variation
Land Variation
Special Use requests
Zoning request applications must be submitted online via our online portal.
Applications must be submitted at least 21 days prior to the meeting date.
