The Village of Rosemont is seeking Phase III Engineering Services for the Des Plaines River Trail Segment 2 Reconstruction Project. This construction phase of the project is funded through the Illinois Transportation Enhancement Program (ITEP) Program; therefore, all work must be done in accordance with Federal and State guidelines.
