The Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) report presents the financial statements of the governmental activities, the business-type activities, each major fund, and the aggregate remaining fund information. The CAFR is presented in conformance with the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and audited by an independent firm of certified public accountants. The CAFR is issued each fiscal year, which runs from January 1 through December 31.
The Village of Rosemont operates on a January 1 - December 31 fiscal year. The Annual Budget includes the General Fund budget and all related departments, such as Public Safety, Housing and Public Works.
